Serve at Mercy Hill

Don’t just come to church, be the church!

Serving is where you’ll find some of your greatest friendships, make a difference, and discover the unique ways God can use you. Whether you’re great with kids, love tech, or your high-five is unrivaled, there’s a place here for you to jump in and make Mercy Hill feel like home for everyone.

Start with Weekender and Attend One, Serve One

Your first step toward jumping into life at Mercy Hill is The Weekender—a two-day event that introduces you to who we are, what we believe, and how God can use your gifts here. It’s your chance to learn how to get involved, ask questions, and start building community.

Ready to serve? After completing The Weekender, your next step is Attend One, Serve One Sunday. This behind-the-scenes experience lets you explore different serve teams, meet leaders, and see the impact you can make. It’s the perfect way to discover where your gifts fit as you take your next step.

Buddies

Buddies support kids who may need extra help, giving them the chance to learn and grow with their friends.

Care

The Care Team helps create a family feel in MH Kids by writing birthday cards to kids and team members and praying for the MH Kids Team and Mercy Hill families during the week. This is a central volunteer team that serves during the week from home*

Guest Experience

Our Guest Experience team helps everyone feel welcome from the moment they turn into the parking lot. This team excels at ear-to-ear smiles, brewing a mean cup of coffee, always knowing where an open seat is, and essentially making sure each person feels seen, valued, and ready to encounter Jesus.
