Our mission

Make Disciples and Multiply Churches

At Mercy Hill, our mission is simple: make disciples and multiply churches. We believe in a gospel-centered approach to transform lives, families, and communities.

Our Vision

5,000 Baptisms and 500 sent out by 2032

Our vision is ambitious and driven by faith—to see 5,000 baptisms and 500 sent out for church planting and missions by 2032. Every number has a story, and we ask the God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly more than we could imagine to change lives in and through Mercy Hill Church.

How we get there

The acts 2 Flywheel

Based on Acts 2:45-47, the Acts 2 Flywheel focuses on four key areas which create a cycle of momentum and spiritual growth. If you plug in here, you will grow, and we have seen countless lives changed as a result!

  • Gather: The gathering exists to draw our hearts to God’s grace in the Gospel through worship, preaching, and serving.
  • Group: We group together in community for discipleship by connecting relationally around God’s Word and prayer.
  • Give: We give our first and best as a means of trusting Jesus as our deepest desire and leveraging our treasure for Kingdom impact.
  • Go: Choosing to go on mission in our neighborhoods and around the world is key to making disciples of every tribe, tongue, and nation.
Our Beliefs

The Gospel Changes Everything

At Mercy Hill, the good news of Jesus is the foundation of everything we do and who we strive to be. This flows into our worship, our community, and our mission to make disciples and multiply churches.

For those who want to explore our beliefs in depth, view our full statement of faith.

We believe the Holy Bible is God’s perfect revelation of Himself. It is true, trustworthy, and the ultimate guide for all aspects of life.

We believe in one true and living God, who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is all-knowing, all-powerful, and deeply loves His creation.

Jesus is God’s eternal Son, who came to earth, lived a sinless life, and sacrificed Himself for us. Through His resurrection, we have the promise of eternal life.

The Holy Spirit guides, comforts, and empowers believers. He plays a vital role in our daily lives, helping us grow in faith and guiding our understanding of God’s truth.

We believe all people are created in the image of God. Though sin separates us from God, through Jesus, we can be reconciled and live a life with purpose.

Salvation is a gift from God, available to all who accept Jesus Christ as Savior. It involves a new birth, forgiveness of sins, and eternal life with God.

We believe the church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers. It is a community where we grow, serve, and share God’s love with the world.

Baptism and Communion are symbols of our faith. Baptism represents new life in Christ, and Communion helps us remember Jesus’ sacrifice for us.
