‘Tis The Season
“But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship.” (Galatians 4:4-5)
Christmas is a time where we reflect very deeply on the wonder of the gospel. It is a time where we remember the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For the team at Mercy Hill Church, we are reminded this season of the beauty of the message that we have to proclaim to a lost and dying world. God sent His Son as a Divine Rescuer to give us hope, peace, and joy through salvation in Him.
To celebrate this truth Mercy Hill Church will be hosting a Christmas party and you are invited! The party will be held at The Summit Church in room 110 on Saturday night, December the 7th at 7:30 p.m.
It will be a relaxed evening with light finger foods provided where you can spend time with the Mercy Hill team and talk more about our vision with lead planter Andrew Hopper. If you are someone who is interested in knowing more about Mercy Hill Church or church planting in general we encourage you to come. And for those of you who were unable to attend our Vision Day – this will be a great opportunity for you to get to know more about us as a church.
We hope to see many of you – whether from our Summit family or from our new family already living in Greensboro – join us this Saturday for a fun night of fellowship.
